The 4 Steps to Retail Excellence
The AGCAS business improvement program allows access to the program’s business improvement tools for every retail garden centre across Australia. Ultimately, it is an all inclusive program.
With four levels, most businesses enter at level two, gaining more from the external audit process and the feedback that this provides. From level two, businesses then work towards becoming an accredited garden centre before they achieve the highest level of accreditation, being a ‘Garden Centre of Excellence’.
Country Elegance Garden and Gifts has been awarded the prestigious Garden Centre of Excellence status by the Nursery and Garden Industry Australia. This award recognizes the high standards achieved by the owners and staff and is recognition of their dedication, hard work and drive to support their customers.
Garden Centre of Excellence is a result of working with the Australian Retail Business Improvement Program, designed to improve all aspects of business management, customer service, shopping environment and plant quality.
